Client: Terry Miller
Work Performed: Website Design, Website Development
When Terry Miller approached us to redesign the website for her small business her website needed serious help. It was still functional and was still pushing sales but was starting to look its age. Like many small business owners, Terry was on a tight budget so we worked out a plan that would allow us to update her website, improve her natural search engine rankings, and leave a solid foundation for future growth as funds are available.

The Process
Since this was a low budget project we had very few hours to spread around so we really cut back on the number of revisions and comps from our normal projects. Luckily we were able to work with Terry and come up with a design that was not only easy to build in Photoshop, but also easy to program in HTML.
Technologies Used
The web hosting that Terry had set up before wouldn’t support a CMS like WordPress so for this project we went with pure HTML and CSS on .HTML pages. It was fun to go “old school” but developing without .PHP and WordPress and using no Javascript isn’t something we anticipate doing much of in the future. If you look closely you will find some basic CSS3 rules here and there but when this site was developed browser support was too spotty to do much more.
